After a busy, but no doubt exciting, day of panels and sessions, our Pre-Gala Dinner Cocktail and Gala Dinner cannot be missed. On Wednesday 3 July, join us at 6pm for a pre-dinner cocktail, before being transported to the iconic ACI EUROPE Gala Dinner.

Join us for an exclusive pre-gala dinner cocktail reception, graciously thrown by our Diamond Sponsor, Gebr. Heinemann and Unifree Duty Free. Network with industry friends, old and new and enjoy exquisite drinks in the luxurious setting of Swissôtel’s rooftop bar overlooking the breathtaking Bosphorus. It is the perfect way to set the stage for an unforgettable evening.

After a pre-dinner cocktail, you’ll be transported to the alluring Esma Sultan Yalısı for our Gala Dinner, with views overlooking the Bosphorus. Celebrate, network, and enjoy a wonderful evening in the most beautiful of Istanbul's settings.

GALA DINNER

At the Gala Dinner, you’ll get to be a part of our ACI EUROPE Best Airports Award ceremony. The Best Airport Awards are an opportunity to recognise excellence, top achievements and thought leadership across an entire range of airport activities and for airports of all sizes and profiles. The 2024 categories are: Best Airport, Eco-Innovation, Digital Transformation, and HR Excellence. As the industry continues to shape its vibrant, post-pandemic future, this year’s awards emphasise key topics such as sustainability, innovation, operational efficiency, and resilience.

FAREWELL LUNCH

After our handover ceremony to our next hosts, we’ll reflect on all we have learned at our farewell lunch, held on Thursday 4 July. It is the perfect way to wrap up what will no doubt be a special conference!
