Required Presentation Information

Please submit your biography and headshot photo. These will be used as part of the event app, online programme and other event communication.

When submitting your biography, please could you ensure this is no longer than 300 words and contains no images or graphics. 

When submitting your headshot photo, please could we request that it is in the following format:

  • PNG or JPG/JPEG format
  • At least 1000x1000 pixels
  • Minimum size 250KB, maximum size 2MB
  • Only one person in the photo (no zooming in on group photos please) 
  • Preferably neutral background
  • Head straight and upright
  • Head and shoulder shot only (no full body photos) 
  • No sunglasses,
  • Not too close or too far away from the camera
  • No commercial logos

Additional Presentation Information

Please submit your final presentation slides if you have been asked to give a presentation. Should your slides not yet be finalised, you may revisit this link at any time to edit and submit them. Deadline: Please upload your final presentation by Friday 13 June to allow for enough time to review and test the presentation

Please note that pictures will be taken at the event, including participants, and will be used for communications following the event.

Airport Tour - Optional
The optional Post-Conference Tour of Athens International Airport will take place on the 20th of June at 14:40 and will last approximately 1.5 hours. Participation is limited to 30 people on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, please contact petroulat@aia.gr 

As places are limited, we recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your spot.
